Celebrating the GCSE success of our Year 11 students in 2019.

In 2019 Audenshaw School was the highest performing of the 15 schools in Tameside for boys.

In 2019 Audenshaw School was in the Top 5% of schools in the country for progress for boys.

In 2019 Audenshaw School was in the Top 10 Highest achieving non-selective schools in the region, out of over 250 schools.

The progress or Progress 8 Score of our students in 2019 we can reveal finished at +0.4. The Progress 8 Score of boys in other schools averaged out at -0.27. The difference between these scores is 0.67. This is between 6 and 7 grades on average higher than other schools for every single student in our school.

So what does this mean?

Boys who achieved grade 3’s in other schools achieved grade 4’s at Audenshaw School.

Boys who achieved grade 6’s in other schools achieved grade 7’s at Audenshaw School.

Boys who achieved grade 8’s in other schools achieved grade 9’s at Audenshaw School.
