U14 Rugby Training Monday 1-2 at school Wednesday 315-430 at Olympic Sports Gym
The Audenshaw U15 football team were in impressive form on Tuesday evening as they registered a 7-1 victory over the newly named, Great Academy in the Tameside Schools Cup. The Reds began with an early strike from man of the match, Jake Phelan who displayed a cool composure to open the account and it was a matter of only minutes before Audenshaw doubled their lead, this time through Fenton Scott who made it 2-0. Phelan went on to complete his hat trick in the second half and although Audenshaw conceded a goal, further contributions from Adam Owen, Ethan Bradshaw and Joe Turner made sure of both a comprehensive victory and a place in the next round. The 1st XI skippered by the mercurial multi sportsman and man of the match, Luke Nero also enjoyed a pleasing afternoon as they disposed of Crompton House School from Oldham 6-3 in the U18 Sixth Form Colleges League.
